In 2022, we rechartered the Active 20-30 of Southern Arizona #1027!
We are a group of young professionals in our 20s and 30s who are dedicated to improving the lives of children in our community both by providing hands-on volunteer work and by fundraising.

"The Children’s Advocacy Center of Southern Arizona and our partners are the front-line responders in southern Arizona to reports of child abuse, serious maltreatment, and when children have witnessed violence or other crimes.
The mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southern Arizona is to provide a safe, compassionate, healing environment for children who have been a victim or witness to a crime.
Provide each child with the safety they need to tell their story.
Provide each child with healing services.

What have we been up to?
After re-chartering in September of 2022, we've been working hard to volunteer and raise funds for multiple charitable organizations in our community such as United Way, Youth on Their Own, and the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Cruz County!
Fundraising with Savers Fundrive!
Thanks to the generous contributions of used clothing and household goods from our community, we were able to raise funds with Savers for our chosen beneficiary, the Candlighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern Arizona!
After dropping off over 100 bags and 20 boxes of donated goods, we celebrated with a well earned meal!
Summer Luau
We put on a charity luau at Fini's Landing as our first large fundraising event since rechartering. It was a fun-filled night of live hula performances, a raffle and silent auction, as well as two mini golf holes!
Our proceeds went to our beneficiary of the year, the Candlighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern Arizona.
